What is GoSmash?
GoSmash is booking software for ball machine and court venues. Each venue gets its own page where players see live availability, book and pay, plus an AI assistant that answers questions and books slots in the chat. Chat, web and walk‑in bookings all land on one schedule your team runs from any phone or PC.
Can two players book the same slot?
No. Every booking, from chat, the booking page or the front desk, goes through the same check, so a slot can only be taken once.
How do players pay?
With your own GCash or bank QR, players send a receipt that you approve. If your venue has a PayMongo account, they pay online by QR Ph, GCash, Maya or card and the booking confirms automatically.
Can my staff use it without seeing our revenue?
Yes. Staff logins run the schedule, walk-ins, blocks and receipts. Only Admin logins see Reports and manage who has access.
What do the reports show?
Revenue by day of play compared with the period before, bookings, hours booked and use % per court or machine, busiest hours, where bookings come from, top customers, and a CSV of every booking in the range.
What if a player asks something the AI can't handle?
Refunds, complaints and special requests go straight to you in the inbox, with a short summary of what the player wants.
What language does the AI reply in?
Clear, friendly English. If a player writes casual English with a bit of Filipino mixed in, it keeps to English and relaxes its tone to match.
Do my players need to download an app?
No. They book in the chat they already use, or on your venue page in any browser.
